    You'd have to look this up on another website to get a complete and accurate answer, but I'll just say that in Austin there are some "green builders" and their houses, when totally tricked out with all the latest and greatest in energy efficiency, are sometimes as much as $200,000 more than they would be otherwise. But they usually add other goodies to the house, so it's hard to know how much they're actually charging just for the "green" part of it.
